A bold, sculptural lighting piece. With its impressive scale and commanding presence, it’s ideal for hotel lobbies, restaurant entrances, and curated residential spaces that feature an eclectic ensemble of unique, eye-catching design pieces celebrating materiality, craftsmanship, and form. Handcrafted in our workshop on the South Coast of England, the Ronchamp table light draws inspiration from the raw, natural materials that surround us, from black jagged rocks that line the coast and golden strands of grass that sway on the hills. Its ceramic base is finished with a thick, stone-like glaze, available in two distinct tones: Magma – a deep black glaze inspired by volcanic rock, rich with intensity and depth. Stone – a warm beige/light brown glaze, textured and pitted to evoke the rugged beauty of coastal terrain. The shade is made from Sinemay, a fully natural and sustainable material derived from banana plants. Its woven texture diffuses light softly, creating a warm, ambient glow that enhances the textured surface of the ceramic below. More than just lighting, the RONCHAMP is a functional sculpture; a fusion of form and utility that elevates any space with its tactile presence and refined simplicity.

A heritage of lighting craft
Founder Daniel Fosbery’s experience grew from Copper & Silk, the specialist lighting workshop established in 2010. Fosbery Studio carries that knowledge into an accessible collection while retaining the attention to detail and making skills associated with bespoke work.
Craft, engineering and choice
Products are made locally by a multidisciplinary team using a blend of hand skills and modern manufacturing. Customers can combine finishes, timbers and fabrics to shape a piece for an interior, supported by the studio’s design and engineering expertise.
