Why can’t I see prices?
Trade pricing is reserved for verified members. Once your trade account is approved and active and you are signed in, pricing is shown.
Are the trade discounts the same as the supplier’s trade prices?
Yes, the prices are the same. We don’t add any additional fee or commission on top of the trade pricing structure we receive from the suppliers.
What happens after my application is approved?
You set your password and gain access to trade pricing, samples, quotes and bespoke conversations.
What can I do with a trade account?
You can discover curated British brands and artists, view trade pricing, request samples, request written quotes, start bespoke commissions, and specify pieces for your projects — all in one place. To save time, you have also access to our state of the art AI sourcing tool, which will help you find products that fit your brief and requirements.
Can I use House of Estila for hospitality or commercial projects?
Yes. House of Estila can support residential, hospitality, workplace and boutique commercial briefs. Technical suitability must always be checked before specification.
