Guidance on requesting samples, asking for written quotes and starting bespoke or made-to-order enquiries.
How do I request a sample?
You can request samples directly on the product pages. Your request goes directly to the supplier for fulfilment and you'll be notified once it's on its way. You can also collect samples from our Farringdon showroom, please check with us first for availability or delivery timescale. All your sample requests are recorded in your dashboard too, for reference.
How do I request a quote?
You can request a written quote from a product page. You'll get a notification from the supplier once they reply to you. You can view all your quote requests in your dashboard.
How do bespoke enquiries work?
You can start a bespoke or made-to-order conversation with the brand from a product page. Tell them what you are looking for, or your specific requirements and they get back to you via the dashboard. You'll be notified through emails so you don't have to log in.
Who fulfils sample and quote requests?
The suppliers fulfil them directly and you can see tracking numbers in our dashboard.
Can I ask for a custom size, finish or material?
Yes — start a bespoke enquiry and the brand will advise you on the options, timing and any costs.
