When does my membership start?
Your membership term begins when your payment is received. Verified trade members gain access to their dashboard and all membership features straight away. Suppliers and artists can start using the platform after we complete the onboarding stages. More information can be found in the on-boarding guide which you will receive via email.
I'm a supplier or artist. How long does onboarding take?
Once we have your onboarding details, our team builds and publishes your catalogue. We try to be as fast as we can be but timing depends on the materials you provide to us.
I'm a supplier or artist. What does membership include?
If you are a supplier or artist, your membership includes a curated profile page and product catalogue on The Library, exposure to a verified designer audience, and trade leads. Showroom membership additionally gives your products a physical presence in the Farringdon showroom.
When does my catalogue go live?
Your product catalogue goes live once we complete the full on-boarding process, usually within 5 - 7 days. You'll be able to access the full dashboard after we notify you via email.
Can I change membership type?
Yes — please contact [email protected] to discuss moving between Online and Showroom membership.
