What is your returns policy?

Can bespoke or customised items be returned?

Bespoke and made-to-order items are generally non-returnable. The brand will confirm the terms for your piece during the ordering process.

What should I do if an item arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible through Support in your dashboard. There is an option to upload an image. We will then pass this onto the relevant brand who will advise you on the next steps.
