How do I reset my password?

Use the password reset link on the sign-in page, or contact [email protected].

Why can’t I access The Library?

Trade features require an approved and active account. If you have applied, access opens once your account is approved. You will get an email from us once your account is activated.

How do I update my company details?

Sign into your account and update them in account settings on the dashboard, or contact [email protected].

How do I close my account?

You can request account closure from your account settings on the dashboard, or contact us and we will help.
