Birling Gap Shade by Chalk Path Studio is handmade from paper and limestone. The material has a stone like hardness to it, with a beautiful chalky texture inside. Inspired by walking amongst the chalk cliffs and across the Sussex Downs, along ancient chalk paths.
Each item is perfectly imperfect and no two pieces are the same.
Each lampshade is supplied with a metal pendant light fitting and ceiling rose of your choice, natural linen cable that can be made to any length (standard length is 50cm).
These original pieces require special care, due to the nature of the materials they should not get wet.
