"Between Opposites" explores the invisible forces that shape our lives: light and darkness, strength and vulnerability, chaos and order, movement.
Through a series of abstract paintings, architect and artist Natalia Giacomino invites visitors into a journey of contrast, balance, and transformation. Drawing from her experience living and working in China, Natalia became deeply fascinated by the coexistence of opposing forces and the way seemingly contradictory elements depend upon one another to create harmony.
Her work does not seek to represent reality, but rather to capture emotions, energy, and states of being. Layers of colour, movement, texture, and form become a visual language through which the viewer can explore their own experiences and interpretations.
Visitors are invited to slow down, embrace curiosity, and explore the delicate balance that exists between opposing forces in nature, humanity, and everyday life.
